How do I recover a lost domain password?
Your domain passwords can be viewed securely via the Sublime IP Customer Service web site in the Domain Portfolio.
The Customer Service site is the preferred and most secure way to obtain your domain password. If you have lost your login details and not kept us up to date with your email address, you will need to send us an "offline" request to re-issue the Domain Password (Registry Key).
In such a case, download and complete the Domain Password re-issue form and fax or post this back to us as indicated on the form.
